To all who took the time to sample, remark, and vote for the Zen Lunatic at this year’s Portland Cheers To Belgian Beers, a humble and heart-felt thanks! I did not model it after any traditional Belgian. I merely put all my knowledge and luck into it and trusted the yeast to finish what I started.
